Blake Jarrett & Company collaborated with RXA to introduce Blake Insights - Voice of Customer Experience, a cutting-edge service that enables businesses to remain competitive by providing real-time insights on customer experience. As the lead designer on this project, I worked closely with other stakeholders to design the visual elements using Illustrator, develop the prototype on XD, and build the final website using custom CSS on Squarespace.
